Whondo - Student Rental Web Platform

  • Built a reusable UI system using Web Components and Shadow DOM to keep components isolated, scalable, and easy to maintain.
  • Implemented real UX features: required-field validation, password strength meter, image upload with preview and drag and drop, and UI components (carousel, etc.)
  • Integrated frontend with authentication and email verification, working with real API workflows in a Scrum-inspired GitHub workflow

Conference Event Planner

  • Built an interactive event planning app where users select venue, add-ons, and meals with real time total cost calculation.

Bill Splitter (WIP)

  • React-based application that accurately divides restaurant bills by person or by item. The app supports service charge, VAT (included or added), discount rules, allocation logic, and fair rounding to ensure totals match receipts. Core calculation logic is modularized and validated with unit tests

ExpressBookReviews

  • Built a RESTful backend service for managing books and user reviews with JWT-based authentication.
  • Implemented secure login, protected routes, and CRUD operations for reviews. Designed clean and scalable routing structure separating public and authenticated endpoints.
  • Tested API endpoints using Postman to ensure correct authentication and data handling

E-Plant Shopping

  • Built a shopping application with React and Redux Toolkit for state management, Implemented product listing, dynamic cart updates, and reusable component structures

Health-care System

  • A small PHP-based web application created as an assignment for the Web-Based Information Systems Development (Com-Sci) class. The system demonstrates basic healthcare workflows such as moving (reassigning) appointments between staff and deleting prescriptions. It's intended as a learning project and a starter template for further development.
  • Key features include user authentication, role-based access control (admin, doctor, nurse, patient), appointment scheduling, prescription management, and basic reporting. The application uses a MySQL database to store user data, appointments, and prescriptions.
